GoFetch LLC ("GoFetch," "we," "us") provides dog waste removal services and the GoFetch website and mobile app (together, the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide and improve the Service:

  • Account & contact information — your name, email address, and phone number when you request a quote or create an account.
  • Service details — your address, yard information, number and breeds of dogs, and visit preferences you provide.
  • Location information — precise GPS location is collected only from service technicians when they check in to a job, to confirm visits. We do not track customers' location.
  • Photos — technicians may attach photos of completed work to visit reports.
  • Payment information — card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our systems.
  • Device & usage information — a push-notification token (if you enable notifications) and basic technical data needed to operate the app.

How we use your information

  • To schedule, deliver, and confirm your dog waste removal service.
  • To send you quotes, visit reminders, completion reports, and account notifications.
  • To process payments and manage billing through Stripe.
  • To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • To maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that help us operate the Service — Supabase (accounts & data hosting), Stripe (payments), Google Maps (address lookup & yard mapping), and Expo/Apple/Google (push notifications and app delivery).
  • Our technicians, who receive the service details needed to complete your visits.
  • Legal authorities, where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Tracking & advertising

We do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. The Service does not use your data to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact).

Your choices & rights

  • Access, correct, or delete your account information by contacting us.
  • Turn off push notifications and location permissions in your device settings.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.

Children's privacy

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
