Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services, website, and mobile app (together, the "Service") provided by GoFetch LLC ("GoFetch," "we," "us"). By creating an account, requesting a quote, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

GoFetch provides professional dog waste removal on a recurring or one-time basis, along with tools to request quotes, schedule visits, view reports, and manage your account. Service is currently available in the Jackson, MS metro area; availability may change.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

• Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide (dogs, yard, frequency) and may be adjusted after we assess your property.
• Recurring plans (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) bill on a regular cycle until canceled.
• Prices may change with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change means you accept it.
• An initial cleanup fee may apply for first visits to large or heavily soiled yards.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for your selected plan or service. Late or failed payments may result in paused or canceled service.

You may cancel recurring service at any time through the app or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We may suspend or end service for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or violation of these Terms.

To perform the Service, you grant our technicians permission to enter the service areas of your property on scheduled days. You're responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access (for example, unlocked gates and gate codes) and for securing or restraining your dogs during visits. If we can't safely access the yard, we may skip the visit and still charge for it.

• Provide accurate property and pet information.
• Disclose aggressive animals or known hazards in advance.
• Maintain a safe work environment for our technicians.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoFetch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for service in the three months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
